CONSUMER BEHAVIOR
In my Consumer Behavior course, I gained a deep understanding of the psychological, social, and cultural factors that influence consumer decisions. Drawing from concepts in psychology, sociology, and economics, I learned how to analyze the underlying drivers of consumer behavior and apply this knowledge to real-world situations. The course covered essential frameworks for making better decisions in product development, promotion, pricing, and distribution based on consumer insights. We also explored the ethical implications of influencing consumer choices and the unintended social consequences that can arise. Through coursework and projects, I developed the skills to use data to explain consumer behaviors and provide actionable recommendations to help businesses sustain or adjust consumer behavior effectively.
